Cooper University Health Care is preparing to host a HIRING EVENT for Certified Medical Assistants – CMA, Emergency Technicians – ED Tech, and Critical Care Technicians – CCT. The requisition #’s to apply for the following position is 55556 – Medical Assistant and 46239 – Critical Care Tech

COOPER’s guidelines for the requirements and certifications for these positions:

1. Medical Assistant must be certified by The National Healthcare Association or American Association of Medical Assistants.

1. 1. Must have a High School diploma or equivalent
   2. Must be certified or have experience with EKG and Phlebotomy
   3. Must have the American Heart Association BLS for healthcare providers
2. Emergency Technicians must be certified in the State of NJ as an EMT
   1. Will teach EKG & Phlebotomy
   2. Must have a High School diploma or equivalent
   3. Must have the American Heart Association BLS for healthcare providers
3. Critical Care Technicians must be certified by The National Healthcare Association or American Association of Medical Assistants. For this position, we will accept other board certifications.
