The outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) may be stressful for people. Fear and anxiety about a disease can be overwhelming and cause strong emotions in adults and children. Coping with stress will make you, the people you care about, and your community stronger.

PA Department of Health Complaint Intake Process

The PA Department Of Health has established a process to file an official complaint regarding the operation of a licensed and regulated in-patient healthcare facilities, like nursing homes and hospitals, as well as out-patient healthcare facilities, like ambulatory surgical facilities and home health care agencies, to ensure they deliver safe health care to residents of Pennsylvania. The first step is to complete and submit an online form at Health.PA.gov.
